The Moaalim service

Moaalim provides Year 6 lessons with a teacher’s voice and practice activities. A parent manages the family account and child profiles. One free lesson can be resumed until completion, then locks and its files are removed. Internet is needed to download lessons, verify access and renew access leases. Downloaded lessons work offline during a valid access lease, rather than indefinitely.

The grade pass

One payment provides access to one grade, all its subjects and every child in the same family account, until 31 August at 23h59 in Nouakchott (Africa/Nouakchott) in the purchased school year. The pass does not renew automatically. The purchase screen shows the price and school year; check both before confirming. A family account supports up to 6 children and up to 3 devices.

Under the current setting, purchases from 1 July cover the next school year. The rollover setting may change, so rely on the school year displayed at purchase. A current-year pass does not guarantee next-year access.

Payments and refunds

iPhone purchases use Apple, Android purchases from Google Play use Google, and website payments use Bankily. Prices may differ by purchase channel. Request refunds for Apple or Google purchases through the store that sold the pass, under its procedures and terms. For Bankily purchases, contact Moaalim support at [support contact] with the receipt. Requests require review; we do not guarantee acceptance or a fixed processing time. Refunded purchases may lose access.

Deleting the account ends paid access and does not automatically request a refund. Read account deletion before confirming.

Acceptable use

Use lessons for children in your family. Do not share sign-in credentials, sell access, copy or redistribute lessons without permission, bypass content protection, device or free lesson limits, disrupt the service or access other people’s accounts. Access may be disabled for misuse. Do not put another child’s information in your child’s profile.
