Delete in the app

1. Open Moaalim and enter the Parents’ corner after completing the parent check.
2. Select Delete account and read the warning about losing paid time.
3. Confirm with your PIN or a linked sign-in method, then select Yes, delete the account. An internet connection is required to complete deletion.

Deletion affects the whole family account and every child profile, and ends paid access. It does not issue an automatic refund. Request Apple and Google refunds through the selling store, and Bankily refunds through Moaalim support.

What is erased

The parent’s phone, email and name, children’s names and profiles, account identifier, PIN hash and linked sign-in provider identifiers are erased. Every device is signed out and installation identifiers in the device records are replaced. The app clears local family progress on the device performing deletion. Other devices detect deletion when they contact the service; an offline device cannot be immediately erased remotely.

What is kept

Payment records remain for accounting linked to an account row stripped of identifying profile data, including receipts, amount, currency, school year, status and transaction references. An encrypted Google purchase token and its references may remain for pending verification or unfinished acknowledgment of a paid purchase, then the token is cleared when the required work finishes. Installation identifiers in free-lesson and guest records remain to enforce the one-free-lesson limit. Technical records and some derived keys remain to prevent repeated free lessons and abuse. No fixed retention period has been set for these records; we do not promise immediate erasure from backups.

Request deletion without the app

If you cannot open the app, request deletion of your Moaalim account at [support contact]. Clearly state that you want your account deleted and provide your account identifier or the parent’s registered phone or email so support can identify the account and verify ownership. Do not send PINs, verification codes, card data or Bankily payment passcodes. This requires verification and support review. This website has no automated deletion form and no guaranteed processing period.
